Poker room managers & affiliate managers interested in getting listed at Prop-Poker.com - please read this through before asking for a listing.
The importance of quick support for our players
Our rakeback players (and prop players) find it very important with good, reliable and fast support and we think it is of utmost important to fulfill this part in the relation between Prop-Poker.com and the rakeback players.
To avoid bootlenecks in our support it is very important that you are also striving to offer good service by answering our support questions in time. We know that rakeback players not recieving their rakeback in time will very fast get impatient if they don't get fast support. They usually accept that once or twice but if it continues - they're out! It is our main goal to offer great deals and fast support which can only succeed if we cooperate with poker rooms that are willing to help.
Also, it is important for us to save as much time as possible as our marginals are very small. We want to spend as less time as possible chasing the affiliate managers.

E-mail support between us and the player will only in special cirmcumstances take more than 12h and we will usually answer a lot faster if it is day time and if there are not any third party involved in the chain of correspondence.
E-mail support preferred waiting times between the player, Prop-Poker.com and the poker room to which we are affiliated (48h max)
Player -> Prop-Poker.com -> Poker Room -> Prop-Poker.com -> Player (48h max)
We think that it should never have to take more than 48h maximum in the correspondence between the player, Prop-Poker.com and any poker room and we consider waiting times more than 24h as kinda slow. Of course we are fully aware that there will always be circumstances that can make thing delayed and that are hard to predict. Let's keep it to just circumstances.
Instant support via Yahoo Messenger or MSN IM
This is not necessary but should make things run more smoothly. It is always good to have an affiliate manager online for minor questions.
Transactions
Prop-Poker.com will never handle any transactions for the players. The transactions have to be made from the poker room directly to the registerd player. If you can't handle the transactions for the rakeback players you can not get listed at Prop-Poker.com
Reporting systems or similar used to serve as a basis for our bookkeeping
We need to have the papers in order for the bookkeeping and the annual report. This is an important part of our business as it is illegal to omit such things from where we operate. We hope that you are willing to help us interpret your reporting system if we have questions about the commission.
